Pet custom - design fee

This listing is for the design fee, which is $100. This covers the cost of the initial sketch, the laser file design time and then the troubleshooting for getting the laser pieces to fit and look right. 

• Once you purchase this listing, I will email you within 48 hours to get pictures of your pet!
• I will come up with a sketch first and email it to you for approval before I turn it into a laser piece.
• Once I put the laser piece together I'll also email you a picture of that for approval

Once you approve the design, then I will send you a separate listing to pay for the physical item(s).

• You can get multiple different products using the same design (i.e. a keychain and a bolo tie). You will pay for each product separately.

Item Prices: The price ranges are listed below. More complicated designs are slightly more expensive (for example, if your pet has a lot of different colors/markings, that would make it a more complicated design).

• Earrings: $36-$40
• Bolo ties: $28-$30
• Ornaments: $25-$28
• Brooches: $25-$28
• Magnets: $25-$28
• Keychains: $25-$28
• Boot charms: $25-28 per charm

FAQs:

• How long does a pet custom take to complete?
  • Once you have sent me the pics of your pet, it will take me about 1 week to email you the initial sketch and another week to email you the initial laser cut design. Once the laser design is approved, it will take another 2-3 days to assemble, package and drop off at the post office. So it will take about 17 days for your pet custom to be dropped off at the post office.
• Does my pet have to be a dog or a cat?
  • No, I can make a pet custom of any type of animal!
• Can I ask for changes during the design process?
  • Yes, within reason. Minor changes will not require any additional payment, but if you require substantial changes to the design, then this may require another payment of $25.
• Can I get more than one item of the same pet?
  • Yes, as long as the design is the same, then you can request any number of items since you will pay for each item separately.
• What if I have more than one pet, can I also get a custom of my other pets?
  • Each pet will require it’s own design fee, so if you wanted to get 2 pets, you would have to pay for 2 design fees.
• What kind of pictures do I need to send of my pet?
  • Make sure they are clear, well-lit photos of their face and send at least 2. If you want a front-profile design, then send front-profile photos. If you want a side-profile design, then send side-profile photos.
