Refund policy
Return policy: orders are final and non-refundable due to the fact that they are handmade by a single person.
Damaged items: if your item arrives damaged, you must contact Future Frenzy within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with a picture of the damaged items. At that point, I can determine if the items can be repaired or replaced.
- In many instances, the item can be repaired easily on your own. USPS and UPS tend to jumble packages around without great care so sometimes things become loose in the process. I can send you a video tutorial on how to properly fix items (if the damage is minor like a jump ring became loose). DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE ITEM ON YOUR OWN BEFORE CONTACTING US. If you try to fix it on your own without contacting me first and you damage the item further, then it will void the return policy.
- If the damage is severe, then I will not advise you to try to fix it on your own. If I have the materials in stock, I will send a replacement with tracking. If I do not have the materials in stock for a replacement, then I will refund your order.

Lost packages: If your package is lost or stolen, your first step is to contact the delivery service (check your tracking for this). It is your responsibility to file a lost package claim if your package is indeed lost. I do not replace items that are lost in the mail and I cannot file a lost package claim on your behalf.
