Once you place your order, please allow 14 business days for processing. Business days do not include weekends. Processing times DO NOT include shipping time (please see below for shipping time).
You can choose from standard shipping (3-5 business days) or priority (2-3 business days). Please keep in mind that once your order arrives at the post office, actual shipping times may vary because of mail delays. You should receive an email from Future Frenzy with tracking information once your package is received by the post office.
If your package is lost or stolen, your first step is to contact the delivery service (check your tracking for this). It is your responsibility to file a lost package claim if your package is indeed lost. I do not replace items that are lost in the mail and I cannot file a lost package claim on your behalf.
